                    I don't know. Upton went from a damn near 6 WAR player to being on the sheet list of Arizona's owner and, apparently, GM. Byrnes' information may be outdated.

              They're rare, not unheard of. The Jays might need to engage a third team if they want Upton, but working with Anthopoulos....not feeling great about that.

                      Started off by mentioning KT's demonstrated love affair with Blum, who just came off the DL, then cut it. I doubt he sees Blum as any kind of permanent solution, but KT does have his blind spots.
