Okay, so there is nothing really new or different or exciting about this recipe, but people seem to like it (including me....i make it about once per week). Please note that I don't really measure anything, so this is my best guess.

I take 4 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts and put them in a large mixing bowl, and add the following:

2-3 Tbsp's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
About 1/8 cup of honey
About 2 Tbsp's of whatever mustard I have around (regular old yellow is fine)
A few Tbsp of soy sauce.
A small handful of fresh chopped dill.

I mix that all together with my hands (works better than a spoon). I let that marinate for a couple hours. Then I heat up the gas grill to medium high. When I first put the chicken on the grill I shake on some lemon pepper on both sides. Grill on med-high for 5 minutes per side, then lower to med-low for another 3-4 minutes per side.
