I finally have mastered low-oil popcorn chicken

- begin by cutting your boneless, skinless chicken breast in bit size pieces.

- dust them with seasoned flour (how you season the flour is up to you but it must have flavor)

- move the floured chicken into an egg wash

- dust them again with seasoned bread crumbs (match your seasoning from the flour)

- now spray an oven pan with light oil

- bake until done, turning once

You can enjoy a variety of flavors using this method from hot to sweet.
