Comparing the three interventions was very valuable; each intervention was focused on increasing reading fluency, but the way students responded to them differed. They were more engaged during Readers' Theater, but benefitted a great deal from Echo reading because of the modeling component that it offered. Choral reading was a lot harder; next time I will be certain to use easier text, or allow more opportunities to repeat the same readings. The wordle was a good way to see which phrases were used the most in our journal entries. It was interesting to compare each other's notes, as well. Our descriptions of students' reading ended up being very similar.
