Dr. Koppenhaver, I explored the websites you have linked. The Alice story seemed interesting, is that supposed to be like an on going story as it happens?? I also wonder about what effect is technology going to have on younger students ability to write? Most of us "old" people learned to write the old fashioned way with pencil and paper, red marks through misspelled words and incorrect grammar. I remember having to re type an entire page using a typewriter because on major misspelled word. Have you noticed a difference in writing style in your students that is not necessarily lack of skill, but just because they are so used to writing for a different audience, such as texting, facebook, Twitter, etc.?
