One similarity between my reflection and yours is that we both found that Emperical Research is the type of research we engaged in for this class. The chart (The Cycle of Teacher Inquiry) in the article very closely resembles the process we used in this class to conduct our research. As you mentioned, it also provides a very clear-cut way to conduct future research.

One difference is that in your reflection you mentioned that you are now leading in professional development. I think that's terrific! I haven't done that yet, but I would be happy and willing to share with others the research my partner and I conducted. I was very pleased with the way our research was conducted and the results we obtained. I also feel confident that it could help other teachers who are trying to find strategies to help their students improve with reading fluency.
