If their writing isn't up to sharing quite yet- you can always have them do a comic strip and they will draw a picture and write under the picture explaining what is happening. This helps with a lot of skills: details, sequencing, events, etc. My students love doing their comic strips and will do it with their own books a lot as it helps them with their comprehension. I would try to share their writing in whatever form you want, but it is a way for others to share their knowledge and growth with their own understanding of what they are reading.
