I agree that any teacher who puts the students first-by gathering data about a specific concern, analyzing it and changing strategies continually until finding a fit for each individual student will show positive growth in a class! After taking this course, one sees the importance of remolding strategies. It is a powerful tool if used!! When talking about teacher's accountability to his/her class-why wouldn't you use it?
