The challenges that I have faced while writing my personal narrative, is the first one is actually getting a topic. I didn't want a topic that was dumb, but I didn't want to get one that was to personal. I wanted something that I learned a lesson from and would be able to write a good paper and just let it flow and my 4 pages just get knocked out easily. The other thing that has tripped me up on this paper, is getting the subjects for my body paragraph. I knew what I wanted to do, but I wanted to make sure that I would pick subject that I could go in depth and have a very informative paragraph. The easiest part of this paper though, after I finally got my subjects, just writing the paper most of my body paragraph have just flowed out, and my paper is looking pretty good. I'm currently at 3 pages and I need to write about 2 more body paragraphs, and go back to my other ones and put a little more detail. The most difficult part of this personal narrative? I guess really the most difficult part of this, was selecting a topic to write on. The only thing that was popping into my head was sad things, but that's the only significant stuff that has happened to me that has taught me a lesson. I really don't like writing about sad stuff, cause makes me sound like I am just looking for someone to feel sorry for me, and I really not. These events are the only ones I can write a good paper on and have plenty of detail and material to put into the paper. Even though there are people with more horrifying stories than mine, with the same topic, I'm not looking to over pass anyone I'm just trying to relay the process which I went through to get to the point which I realized I had to change the way I was doing things. This has been a very interesting process, to write this paper, and I enjoyed writing it, so hopefully you will enjoy reading it and not think of me as a bad person.
