Hi Heather. The reason I went into the reading program was to learning as many new strategies as I could. I completed my student teaching in a classroom which was extremely diverse in reading levels and felt I had nothing to offer. I love the fact that you are willing to constantly try to add new strategies into your instruction. This is my first class in the program and I have not begun my teaching career yet so if you have any advice on helpful reading material please let me know.
