In the last summer class I had our professor created a group page. She said she could block our personal status updates and pictures from it. We could see everything she posted and could talk to one another on it. We just couldn't see all of our personal things. Maybe this could help?

      Groups are a good option or your can create pages. I created a page for my English class. My students can like and view the page, but they can't see my facebook.... more

        I think that sounds like a good idea. I like that you can pick and choose what you want accessible for the group page!
