Well in the past I have done a weekly newsletter. I would update them on Friday, print them out and put them in mailboxes ready for Monday. Now my school has a limit on the number of copies we can make and I felt like it was wasting paper. So I do a bi-weekly or even monthly newsletter. I put all the important dates and information for the whole month. If any changes occur, then I send a little note home.

In 1st, we have mailboxes for them and I have a list of their names and mailbox number right beside it. I just put a dot beside the ones who wanted paper copies. I do the same thing for who needs spanish letters. It is there at a glance for me.
