I think one reason I wasn't immediately a huge fan of ScoopIt is that I am so used to Pinterest's format. Pinterest is far more visually based, where scoopit is visual but also contains more text. I think it could be very powerful for research projects though. You could have specific boards set up for assignments, so students can visually pick which one they need to go to. It is also a good way for students to post their research and for a teacher to do a quick check to see what types of sources the students have. I'm looking forward to playing around with Scoopit more.

        Thanks for more insight about this site I think I'm going to check it out, but I'm like you I am a visual person. I also know that my second grades work better with visuals.
