I liked The Big Game even though I didn't read it. It seemed like a really good story when you discussed it in class so I probably need to go back and read it. Carnal Knowledge was okay, I didn't get time to read it but I'm kinda tired about trickster females. Modern Love was just weird as hell. I don't know, that full bod condom just really bothers me. I mean I can understand not wanting any diseases, and not just sexually transmitted ones, but come on now. That's ridiculous. And she talks about wanting to be intimate with him and that she "thinks" she loves him. I feel like half the pleasure of being with anyone is actual touch. And another thing I don't like reading or hearing about or even having to first hand witness is a guy with no game. Honestly it is so disappointing and I'm sure the narrator isn't too bad looking. But everyone knows nice guys finish last and this is prime example. One story I did not like was The Long Haul. I feel like this is a very extremist story, the characters I mean, and I don't really like that. What I did like was that the names of the characters were actually characteristics of the character. Cullum kind of scared the shit out of me, and I guess everyone in the story too. I honestly don't see a reason to kill anyone and the fact that he kicked the shit out of Bayard's child is insane. I also didn't like The Human Fly. Zoltan just gave me the image that he was the super tan, super wrinkled lanky man. And I don't know why, but for some reason I feel like he has a big nose and thick eyebrows. But to be honest the agent seemed like a pussy (excuse my French) and he wanted to care for Zoltan but he didn't. And it's not like he only wanted to make money, well maybe he did, but he probably has a dull, depressing life without a woman to come home to and doesn't get laid, but that's none of my business. Honestly he wasn't even that good at his job if his only clients were handed down to him and he literally took this old psycho just because he just buzzed.
