I agree with Laura. I think that even young children could give you just basic feedback. Plus they will probably be really honest, would give you great feedback on your teaching strategies. It would be easy and interesting to ask a group after their word time, how they feel about this time? Which games do you like best? Which games help you learn the most? etc. I haven't taught little kids, but it could work.
