I totally agree! I think the most important thing is to teach students how to understand and complete any graphic organizer, rather than expose them to a million different kinds. Using similar graphic organizers over and over again can help develop a routine and produce better results for students. I like the idea of having a similar format of graphic organizers for my classroom and pulling from the same ones every time I need them. This will also help students in the future create their own organizers because they will have such a solid understanding of the ones they are familiar with!
