Thank you. We really thought it would be beneficial to include what exactly all of the assessments were, because upper grades won't do these same assessments and most likely won't be familiar with the assessments. Or in your case, someone who isn't trained in mClass won't really know what any of the acronyms or objectives of the assessments are.
Yes, print concepts was the very first reading goal we worked on. In mClass, the first assessment is the print concepts, and our students did not pass it. I would use the same text and use a different one the next week. Students are really good at just memorizing the correct answers, so by changing the text every week and applying those skills that were taught, they were able to actually learn how and utilize the skills.
