I saw this too! I think that as teachers it is very important to keep trying with each of our students so that they can see that they can learn and succeed. Going and above and beyond with those students who have ASD or any other learning disability is important, not because as a teacher you like them better, or you feel sorry for them, but for the sole reason of the fact that they need more time and attention when it comes to learning.
