I agree, the chart was one of the most helpful things that I also learned this week. I think that it is important to remember also that learning does not always occur in a linear format. It is important to understand how to individualize instruction while noting that the individual that you are working with may have differing needs depending on the day or the assignment at hand. We must do our best to meet the student's needs where they are and help them to move forward. Technology makes this so much easier than it used to be, and I think that this is also an excellent thing to implement using the partner/peer learning model that we learned about. It will be hard to find time to individually work with each student, but there are things we can do on a whole-class level in order to help all students the best we can.
