Grow and Glow for Lower Elementary Lesson Plan
Fri Jun 12, 2015 22:39

Give a Glow: I really liked this lesson plan. I think it will be very successful for a student with ASD. You included things we have learned this week in class such as the check list and the priming strategy. Very nice job with this lesson!

Give a Grow: There is not much I would change on this lesson plan. Something I will comment on would be the time that you are spending on this lesson. According to your "to do list" you will spend an hour and 20 minutes and then they get a choice of what to do. I think this may be a little long for a 1st grader to go through in a lesson. I would maybe break it up into multiple lessons. It may be that you are just planning ahead and want to give the students plenty of time to have on this lesson, but if not I think it maybe a little long.
