It's funny that you mentioned motor skills because that was something I lacked when I was a kid growing up. I feel like if I would have had a computer and was able to type up my homework I would have been more motivated to do my work. I believe that pen and pencil is still important to the class but I think students should have a choice occasionally on how they want to complete their homework.
