I do think that it is interesting that after elementary school teachers do not usually read to their students out loud when it is so beneficial. I do not know if it is because teachers think the students will be bored or if they are busy doing other work, but I hope to hear more high school teachers reading out loud. It is something so simple that can help all students within a classroom with reading comprehension and can even be more fun if the teacher is enthusiastic and dramatic in their reading!
