I like the way that you explained this. I can see how giving Jordan more control in this situation would allow him to do things in a way that made the most sense to him. This would give the person assessing a better idea of how this particular individual words best and allow them to learn how to help him succeed. I enjoyed Chris Varney's TED talk and I now see the connection between what he was talking about and Jordan's video. Each individual on the spectrum has a specific and unique way of understanding the world and this plays into allowing them to have control in some situations.
