I agree with you McKenzi. Your post even makes me think about how there are many other influences besides teachers. Although children may spend a lot of time with teachers, a large majority of the day is probably spent with parents. Therefore, it is just as critcal for parents and guardians to be reading to children with ASD. This will help them stay ahead and not fall behind in school or in life.
