I agree with your insights and the authors'! Comprehension is likely to be an issue for a student with ASD. Afterall, low social communication skills is one of the "hallmark" signs that is looked for when diagnosing ASD. It is so important to get students involved in reading/listening comprehension activities ASAP!. Good points :-).

      I totally agree with this. I think that parents and early childhood teachers should be proactive in developing student's comprehension and literacy skills.
