Ancient Runes was one of Camilla’s favorite classes. Camilla didn't know exactly why she enjoyed it so much, but there was something absolutely fascinating about the root of magic and the mysticism that surrounded it. The Cetus found that the less physical class always helped her relax and Professor Wilson was an excellent source of knowledge, and Camilla usually sought her out of class for questions. The seventh-year was sort of fond of the Professor and also enjoyed Arithmancy, though Ancient Runes won by far.

Camilla was proud of her academic achievements, especially in Spellwork. The Cetus was rarely had problems when it came to school, but she could also be a little bit lazy, which was why she had dropped History of Magic, MagiSci, and Potions. Those classes had never peeked her interest enough to continue. Besides, her career of choice had nothing to do with her magical instruction. No, Camilla had it on very good authority that she had been accepted to Harvard´s Magical Law program. She was excited, but nothing was official so she hadn't really shared it with anyone yet. Not even Elijah. She didn't want to be disappointed later.

The blonde entered the classroom, greeted Professor Wilson and sat down in huff. She was a bit tired from lack of sleep. However, she had imbibed copious amounts of coffee before arriving to help her sail through the class without a hinge. Camilla took her class material out and settled into her seat while listening to Professor Wilson start the class. The Cetus took some notes here and there. It was an exciting assignment! And she already had an idea of what she wanted to implement. The blonde had begun having trouble sleeping, and her roommate didn't help much. Maybe if she charmed some runes to create a silence bubble around her bed? Yes, it seemed like a doable thing.

Camilla silently clapped excitedly by this new plan and opened her book to begin researching the runes and spell she needed to make this happen. She started taking some notes and making some diagrams on her notebook. The concentration on her present activity was obvious that everything around her disappeared, even that good for nothing Psycho Bitch that had come to poke a hole on her zen class. No, she could be the bigger person and ignore her obviously toxic presence.

The Cetus cracked her knuckles and accidentally pushed her makeup bag to the floor. It made a loud clank as it hit and she grumbled in annoyance. Camilla bended to pick it up and realized she had a neighbor for the first time, “You,” she said in a tone mixed with annoyance, but maybe excitement?
