Does he?

Camilla couldn't suppress the laughter that escaped her lips as Lucien jumped in alarm from her, very innocent, hex. She had accomplished exactly what she wanted to: put the idiot back in his place. The Ceti hated with a passion people that thought they were better than other for whatever stupid reasons, and Lucien fitted perfectly into that category. She had not had much interaction with him before today, but it had always been obvious that Lucien had set himself apart from everyone else. Yes, he was smart - at least she had thought so before today -, yes he was kind of handsome, and yes, he came from a good family. BUT that didn't mean he could come and accuse her of doing something without proof.

The blonde was about to answer Lucien when Professor Hier rolled in to stop them or whatever. Camilla blinked and took a step back. She did not wanted to get into trouble over Lucien Dubois. The Ceti was prepared to rebut any lies Lucien dared to say, but he chose to go with the truth. That took Camilla aback for a split second before getting annoyed again… he had apologized? WHEN!? She certainly had missed his apology.

She was about to say something else, but she caught Lucien scowling at the Professor's general direction. She chuckled a bit before going back to her zen place, “It was nothing really, he did apologize just now.” She made the emphasis of the apology after the Professor had intervened. She highly doubted he would have otherwise. The moron. Of course it had not been nothing! Camilla was still fuming and she would be for a day or so. She needed Elijah. She hoped to find him at the common room. She couldn't place where he was now.

“I am sorry, Professor,” she said seriously and then looked at Lucien, “And I am sorry for scaring you with a little bang,” she said with sarcasm dripping from her voice. “Next time come with proof of whatever you think I am doing, otherwise you look like an asshat,” finished a little bit more passive-aggressively towards the upper year. Camilla finally put her wand away and hoped she wouldn't be in too much trouble after using magic against another student, not that something had actually happened, anyways.

      • If I did that every time, I'd just be predictable - Professor Rob, Wed Mar 15 16:25

“Good.” Lucien appreciated approval. He wasn’t the type of person to actively seek it, he thought, but he wasn’t about to turn it down, either. However, the approval of the Rolling ‘Professor’ did... more
