When Holland said his business was enterprising he grinned, it was the same grin that Frankie and his dad had. His mom called it the Munro grin; it had been part of why she couldn’t say no to Gaston. He shook his head when Holland asked if he got a lot of customers on Friday night. “Thanks! Not really, some people were supposed to pick up essays tonight, so I was hoping they’d come get them so they wouldn’t bug me tomorrow.”

When Holland talked about the Lyra rooms, he nodded along. “I can understand why you need soundproof rooms if you have opera singing going on.” It wasn’t that the fourth year hated opera he just didn’t think it would be conducive to work and Wyatt liked to work. Sure, people could call him a nerd or whatever but he enjoyed school work. It made things right in his mind.

When Holland began asking about Draco’s library, he frowned. “That wouldn’t be fair if they had a different set of books. I assumed they had the same books here then there just easier to get to since they don’t have to leave to get them.” Wyatt could attest as a person who stayed up later in the nights he wished he often could just retrieve a library book after curfew.

One of the dolls made a noise and Wyatt looked down to see it was Winter. He frowned and picked up the toy. It wasn’t crying, but the green eyed boy figured he’d check up on it. Everything seemed okay, so he just cradled it. “I wonder if they realize all these dolls are teaching us is not to have kids.” He laughed. Wyatt was young enough not to know exactly what he wanted yet.

  • You’re such a gentleman - Holland, Fri Aug 25 13:44
Wyatt was apparently not much like his brother. Frankie was really smart and passionate and driven about Quidditch, and he was a salt of the earth kind of guy, but otherwise wasn’t the bookish type.... more

      • Well, I appreciate it - Holland, Fri Aug 25 16:24
“I agree, that wouldn’t be fair.” That explanation didn’t solve the redundancy of a duplicate library. It was probably possible to do some kind of quantum wizard-space-like spell, so the books could... more
        • Anytime! - Wyatt, Mon Aug 28 10:31
Holland agreed that it wouldn’t be fair with the Draco library having books the rest of the school had, and he figured that could be the end of that conversation. After all, without a Draco to tell... more
