Don, go to the FMN website (this discussion board is part of it). Go to the listing of PA Fire Museums and contact them directly. If they do not have it they may very well know who might.

Also, contact your local chapter of SPAAMFAA (Society for the Preservation and Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America). Go to the SPAAMFAA site and they should list all of the local chapters, so you can pick the one closest to you geographically. Most antique fire apparatus owners belong to this organization. They will have a listing of all (member) fire trucks by make and year. That may show a member who currently owns this truck, or at least someone in the history of its ownership.

Good Luck on your search.

I am looking for a 1918 American LaFrance that was purchased from the East Thompson Fire Dept in the early to mid 60's. I think it went to A Museum in PA. Anybody have any info?
