Hello,

I have purchased a 1968 Chevrolet C 30 for my own personal use. One of the reasons I bought this truck is because of its history. I have traced this truck all the way back to Texas, to Simms Fire Apparatus in San Antonio. However, thatís as far as I get. I have no idea where this vehicle served, or what itís purpose was. Myself being a firefighter in New York, I would love to know both of those things so I can semi restore it To look kind of like it did when it served. Is there anybody that can point me in thae correct direction? Thank you for your time.
