    I've created the fields, but when I enter data all that shows is the number of characters in each field, not the information i entered. What's up?

      What is your DBApp id number? The DBApp should not do that.

        The name of the data base is famous women, and the id number is below. Thanks for your help. The id number for this DBApp is 126415.

          It appears fine now. We were bringing a new server online yesterday and it's possible that caused the glitch you experienced. I posted a test entry and the info looks correct. Could you try again and ... more

                I'm no longer getting the error message, but today I entered 3 new records and the first one was OK, but for the next 2 I just get the number of characters in the field to show up.

                      Our engineer believes he fixed the problem. I did a test entry and it seems to work. Could you try it and let me know if you have any more problems? Thanks!
