Even worse than that is the FA's reaction to critisism of this move. Stating it was the manufacturers decision to do this. Being quoted saying that the manufacturers were the people placed to make such decisions.

A quite unbelievable and insulting cop-out, that should not fool anyone.

Errr---I assume that the manufacturers didn't hold a gun to the FA's head when they signed such a contract with the reduction in kit shelf-life as one of the clauses.
