he would stay on for at least another season just to steady the team and allow the trust to try and get together a plan to move forward. i'm no great fan of waddock but he's got the credentials to work at this level (not higher) my view is that what the club needs is a few years of stability and common sense then we could look at the bigger picture of attempting to move forward. one step at a time
