It is there to bring newsworthy topics to people's attention.
It has not always got it right over the years. But this country would be all the poorer without programmes like Panorama.
It is just sad that Panorama was cut in length to 30 mins a few years ago. Which I feel has lead to it being dumbed down somewhat. Leading to it being a shadow of it's former self.
At least, I suppose, we should be greatful that it is still on at all, when you consider the demise of similar type programmes like 'World in Action', 'This Week' & 'Weekend World' etc. Will we ever see their like again ?
Did you feel the same type of way when they did that programme on corruption in FIFA ? Were you one of those who just wished they kept quiet so not to jeopardise our chances of staging the World Cup here ? If you were, I suggest you go and live in a country with an autocratic & autoritarian dictatorship.

I don't agree the documentary would prejudice people against Ukranians and Poles, but it highlights that there are issues at hand there. I would have thought the chances of incidences of racist... more
