The deaths were caused in part by the woefully inept Belgian F.A by selling tickets to Liverpool & Italian fans in the same area of a dangerously decrepit stadium, the Liverpool fans were generaly beter behaved than most but possibly the fact that over 100 Liverpool fans were stabbed in Italy 12 months before was not conducive to a freindly atmosphere.
