The term 'lazy journalism' is thrown around with the same reckless abandon as 'banker' these days. People have lost sight of what they're actually referring to. You're talking about them misrepresenting the truth, which may be bad journalism but isn't necessarily lazy.
You're also choosing to ignore the facts (the footage) and instead work on your own assumptions that 'it isn't much worse than Italy'. Plus it isn't like panorama ever said it wasn't a problem elsewhere, they just chose to focus on Poland/Ukraine for obvious reasons (the forthcoming tournament there)
