I'm sure they have been explored and pored over but clearly nothing has been agreed.
As a few people have said, until Hayes knows who is buying Wasps and whether they want to stay here everything will be unclear, also the financial basis for the whole thing seems very difficult. I'd guess how much debt is written off will be a sticking point too.
In a normal takeover the buyer probably would have pulled out and gone elsewhere by now, the trust, are in it for the log term. leave them alone for a bit.
