I think he's a decent manager but he's shown his faults when it comes to signings, and he failed in L1 with his team - i.e. he was responsible for bringing most of them in.
If he goes, we'll survive, the annoying thing is that a new manager wouldn't be likely to have leeway to bring anyone else in, it's pretty unlikely that we'd use any compensation payment due for Waddock to spend on players.

Would love to see him here as Manager. He loves this club, has always been on hand to help at the club and having experience at non league under his belt would be the ideal choice to step up.
