Of course Waddock deserves a chance this season, as do all the players. And I agree with the post below that in the situation we are in, we simply cannot afford to have more players of Beavon's quality in the side - that's not a bad attitude, it's a fact. It may be we are negotiating another deal, but if we do it's not going to be any superstar of the lower leagues. If/When Beavon goes, we must assume the transfer funds will be allocated to acquiring new signings. I hope so as we may well need them.

    It was originally thought to be 1884. But when the last history book of the club was being prepared in the mid- 1990s, it was discovered that actual formation date was 1887. BWK !

        That we should have some potential deals in mind. Who is to say we don't already? But we cannot take action until the Beavon situation is resolved. It isn't ideal, but it's real life.
