Gareth Ainsworth

"It's a sign of a good team not to play well and yet get something. We didn't play to our potential, but we have had a lot of games and look at the size of the squad. There are some tired legs and it looked like game too far for some."

"Credit to Carlisle, especially in the first half. They had a high press on us and perhaps I was caught a bit naive, but we changed our shape at half time. We were a lot better in the second half and it was fantastic to score right at the death because this is a tough place to come."

On the penalty awarded to Carlisle "I will take a look at it on the video. My centre half is adamant he did not touch anyone. Maybe it was a bit of justice and a great result to take away.

"We always believe we can get something out of the game. We are a tight knit group and never say die."
