It seems Frank was taken back when told about Wyatt's assault on Tom. Sounds like the plan may have been to get out and regroup? How much did they know of Ike's threats that entire morning and what led up to it. How much did they hear and how much or what did Ike relate.

Gathering in the gun shop, than gathering outside of Flys may or may not have been planned? Could they of known the Earp's posture as they approached?
