Guess they never heard of the 1, 2, 3 refactor rule. (1) Get code out of your head and into the system. (2) Make sure it does what it's supposed to, so the logic is right. (3) Refactor so the code isn't a nightmare. Only then do you check in the code.

Ok, I just made it up but you can share that with your cow orkers.

    It's crazy it's only 4,095 lines of actual code if you exclude the headers and bank lines. There's also a bunch of menu code as well that I think is repeated for the "hidden" Wry 2 demo or whatever... more

          Programming is actually a creative work but it gets treated as a checklist (for lack of a better term) work. All that legacy code? Vectors for major security holes.
