BoardMom, where art thou?

I need a wee bit of knitting advice. I need to find a way to knit, in the round, without jogging. I am making my youngest prince a very, shall we say, colourful sweater, and when I add new yarn, it creates an obvious jog.

I HATE jogs, especially when they show. I can't move my beginning marker for the row, because it is marking the sleeve.

Any ideas?
