I recently took a class on screen printing and it was very interesting. The instructor at The Museum of Printing History recommended:

I went by to visit the place and get some supplies and I just happen to show the owner the screen that I bought from Lazer Lines. Immediately the owner recognized the screen and told me that he done those for a guy in Pasadena but haven't heard from him anymore.

I asked him for a price on making them and he said about $30 depending if buying in bulk. He also volunteered to show me how to print them myself.

  Go to a screen shop that does caps and hats, Have them burn the emblem in the size you want it onto a cap screen . . There you have it . . that simple . .
