I have a record that nearly 100 surplus Tu-2s given to the PLAAF in 1945. There is another profile in The Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Aircraft Vol.11. There is a book 'Military Aircraft of the Chinese Civil War'. This is in Chinese and published in Taiwan. I do not have a copy but I think it is the work of Clarence Fu with some input from D.Y.Louie, both very knowledgeable. I can guarantee that if D.Y.Louie produced the profile it is almost certain to be accurate. Both these gentlemen are members of SAFCH.

The PLAAF had at least one Harrier, probably more.

Harrier ? But from where ?

IIRC, the PLAAF was looking to buy some used first gen Harriers from the RAF. The deal seemed to go nowhere, and the Tiananmin Square events pretty much killed it.
