no no, joplin is much easier because Gateway will already be there. They won't have to drive as much and can just practice, then mosey to the gym to perform. Oh can't forget Kickapoo. Those are the only hope for Missouri's progress.

Ask a good lot of instructors about what they think of MCCGA percussion and who is running it and I can guarantee that you won't hear nice things. The reason many do not go to the meetings because... more

I knew they'd wanted to only go with 8 shows for percussion, but On that schedule there are 7 shows with one being prelims/finals and championships. What baffles me is the fact that only Edwardsville ... more

There will be 8 shows...it shows one date (March 9) TBA. There's 2 shows in the STL area (possibly 3 depending on the 3/9 date), 2 shows in the KC area (if you include CMSU as a KC area show), and 3... more

Francis Howell's new gym is big enough for a wgi guard regional... Just saying. If Ozark is big enough, our standards shouldn't be that high.

So you're saying that O'Fallon and/or Francis Howell applied to host these shows and were turned down by MCCGA for a location closer to the Southwest Missouri area? I don't recall Howell and O'Fallon ... more

Good points. In my opinion it would be nice to alternate championship location sites every 2 years or so. The last time Championships were in St Louis was back in 2006. Just my two cents.

Who's doing scheduling? They must have no sense of management.
