Class A:
Got to the contest too late to see all of the bands in this division. Congrats to Effingham. I'm surprised to see Windsor in 3rd.

Class AA:
Rockwood Summit - I thought the music was pretty cool. But, MAN I GOT TIRED OF MACHINE SHOWS!!! So many bands (Eville, Collinsville, Rockwood Summit) all did them. I didn't like their visual too much.

Zumwalt South - I liked their show quite a bit. The beginning seemed kind of boring. Some awesome music though!

Highland - great guard!

CLASS AAA:
Howell North didn't place, but took two caption awards. Congrats for that. I don't think their show was very enjoyable musically.

Granite- Fun show!

Oakville - I honestly, didn't think you guys were going to place. It's still a good band. I'm just used to the 'old' Oakville.

Lindbergh - GREAT JOB! Awesome band!

AAAA:
Howell Central - didn't quite get the show.

Collinsville - machine show. Fun to listen to at points. Not a very visually exciting show for me.

Belleville East - Some cool ideas at play here with 'Control' A crowd friendly show!

Edwardsville - Nice music. I didn't like the extended voice overs much. I felt as thought your visual design was a little strange.

        Obviously since they had the highest guard score of any band at MEMC this weekend (by quite a bit). Don't let facts get in the way of biased opinions.

        lol. It's a good thing I wasn't talking about their guard. Their guard is fine. It's the band. Jeez, they sounded bad.

        All the bands sounded bad. It was the first contest of the year. Lindbergh was the best and if you asked them they would probably tell you they sounded bad too.
