getting exhausted

I was very strong and active and still went to gym into my 60's and then the arthritis just took over more and more.

Those 4.5 months in rehabs(3) was a nightmare. And as a neighbor said, they are necessary evils. I never went to a rehab with first and only hip replacement in 2010, came right home ALONE and then everything went downhill. I believe body gets so out of alignment, that how it's been for me anyway.

I'm close to selling my car, driving is so crazy anyway where I live and cost of upkeep, and I have friends and daughter who help me...I'm ready for that HELP. I was so independent all my life...and now I'm getting tired of trying so hard.

I guess my drive towards independence is just very strong - plus the daughter that lives with me tends to become patronizing . I repeat, she lives in my house but her tendency to talk down to me... more
