Pain After Surgery
Thu Jul 26, 2018 2:44am

Hi everyone,

I donít know if this is the right forum for me but here goes. I had double hip surgery to fix a slight deformity no one ever noticed. Iím six months post op and Iíve been doing great... until tonight. Today I went on a light run (approved by my surgeon) and then played a couple innings of Rec league softball (also okay). I felt a bit sore during the game so I stopped and iced. Well... now itís 4 hours past when the game ended and Iím in so much pain I canít believe it.

What Iím looking for is understanding and sympathy as I canít reach out to my support group who paid thousands for my surgery. I need to know if this has happened to others. I donít need judgement, I judge myself enough. I just needed to tell someone... even if no one answers.
