Malaysia has to wake up to the reality. Filipino is the citizenship of those people who actually owned Sabah in the context that the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom was inside of both Philippines and Sabah. Filipino citizenship has been forced to enforce to them when American has forcefully included Sulu Kingdom to the Republic of the Philippines which was not part of the Treaty of Paris. Bates and Carpenter agreement is just a piece of useless documents decided by local American stationed in the Philippines to appease their president. Those agreement was not ratified by US Congress nor Senate and therefore not valid as per American constitution.

Malaysia cannot erased the truth regarding the ownership of Sabah no matter what political scenario is being done by both Philippines and Malaysia.The people of the kingdom are there, they knew their rights and legal stand as the people who has sovereignty but stolen territory.THERE IS LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND ARCHIVE RECORDS TO ROADSHOW TO THE WHOLE WORLD THAT SABAH DOES REALLY BELONG TO THE ROYAL SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO KINGDOM, SO WHAT IS HOLDING UP NOT TO RETURN IT TO THE OWNER LIKE HONGKONG,THIS TELLS US ONE THING - THE GREED BEHIND. MALAYSIA IS MAKING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OUT OF SABAH BY MERELY PAYING USD$1,500 DOLLARS RENT SO IT IS INEVITABLE THAT MALAYSIA HAS TO CLEAR THE OBSTACLES TO CONTINUE THIS EVEN TO KICK OUT THE OWNER OF THE LAND . TO CURE THE ISSUE OF ILLEGAL FILIPINO MIGRANT WHICH COULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND - THE MALAYSIANS ARE THE ILLEGAL MIGRANT OF SABAH BEING NOT THE OWNER OF THE ISLAND.

IS THE WHOLE WORLD SLEEPING AND JUST BELIEVING THE STRONG AND THE MIGHTY? WHERE IS JUSTICE OF THIS WORLD AS BOASTED BY UNITED NATIONS, ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC COUNTRY OR THE ASEAN? AT LEAST THEY SHOULD TAKE A LOOK SO THE WHOLE WORLD CAN SEE THE UNBIASED JUSTICE .SHOULD WE NEED TO SEE THE FLOW OF BLOOD TO JUSTIFY THE FIGHT? IF THAT IS SO, THE WORLD BODY OF PEACE MUST CEASE TO EXIST AND LET THE MOB RULE THE WORLD AS FROM THE BEGINNING OF HUMAN CIVILIZATIONS.

We are talking here of the Palestine people who also lost their land to non muslim people. In this case, the Christian Philippines and Muslim Malaysia has stolen the land of the Sultanate kingdom. This is the Asian version of the Palestine but more worst done by both country , the Philippines and Malaysia.

There must be a better solution to the Sultanate people residing and born in Sabah. It is a violation of International Human rights to defy a natural born people of Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo people in Sabah of their rights to exist in their own land, rather than those chinese people who migrate into Sabah.
